Terms and Conditions

For direct booking we use the following terms:

Cancellation policy:

• Full Refund: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 21 days before check-in
• Partial Refund: If guests cancel 21 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, guests will be refunded 50% for all nights
• No Refund: If guests cancel after that, this reservation is non-refundable for all nights
• Payment due in full at time of booking

House rules
Checking in and out:

• Check-in after 3:00pm
• Checkout before 11:00am
• Self check-in with smart lock

During your stay:

• 6 guests maximum
• No pets
• Quiet hours (10-7)
• No parties or events
• No smoking

Before you leave

• Turn things off
• Lock up
